At Eagle AI Labs our founding vision was simple in concept but boundless in craft: to democratise access to profit-generating tools, levelling the playing field between institutions and retail. What started as a promise to deliver institutional-grade data feeds with world-renowned AI models to the masses, has evolved into something far more disruptive.
TradeDividends is our flagship revenue-sharing initiative, allowing holders of $EAI to stake and earn a share of profits derived from institutional-grade trading strategies. It’s the first-time (as far as we know) institutional returns are being directly shared with crypto-native participants, not through wishful speculation, but through performance, precision, and real-time yield.
This initiative allows $EAI token holders to stake their tokens and receive a proportional share of profits earned from our institutional partnerships. The equation is simple: the more partners we onboard, the larger the profit pool; the more $EAI you stake, the greater your reward. No speculation, just shared returns from real-world performance-based revenue.
The foundation? Our partnership with Infinite Point Capital (IPC). A fully regulated U.S. based crypto hedge fund, leveraging Eagle AI Labs’ proprietary Bitcoin (BTC) price prediction model to execute high-frequency BTC futures trades.
IPC operates with significant capital, trading BTC futures with exceptional precision. By leveraging the delta between our predicted BTC futures price and the market price, they unlock alpha in both directions, bull or bear.
Eagle AI Labs holds equity in this hedge fund. In exchange for the predictive firepower we provide, we receive a percentage of their profits. This revenue, in turn, becomes the lifeblood for TradeDividends, redistributed to those staking $EAI.
IPC is a fund powered by a team of seasoned trading professionals, led by Brad McGill, a veteran of the alternative investment space, with decades of experience navigating complex markets. The brilliance of their approach, combined with Eagle AI Labs’ predictive model, lies in its ability to operate independently of market direction. IPC doesn’t rely on assets going up to make profit. Our story begins in London, when Eagle AI Labs co-founder and TradFi expert, Darren Bishop, met Brad McGill through mutual acquaintances. Brad was struck by the depth of expertise within the team and the early success of the model. Inspired by the potential, he was eager to explore a new chapter in his extensive career in alternative investments.
Eagle AI Labs began developing a bespoke model for IPC, tailored specifically to their trading approach, with an exclusive focus on Bitcoin. While the work required careful calibration, the foundation was already there. Thanks to the strength of our existing prediction model, we were able to get IPC live and trading in an impressively short time.
By February, IPC was paper trading, closely following their strategy in a simulation-style environment. The excitement during this phase was electric. Around this time, the Eagle AI Labs team recorded a video interview with Brad, where he shared, “Bob and I were sitting there two weeks in like, ‘this is easy! This is unbelievable!’ All we would do is put a trade on and make another thousand dollars per one bitcoin unit.” It was a clear sign that the model wasn’t just performing, it was surpassing expectations.
In the middle of March things got far more real — and far more exciting. Brad and the team began trading their strategy with real capital, putting the model to the ultimate test. As a newer fund, IPC were in a process of proving their credibility and profitability before attracting significant external investment. In this time, Brad and the team were using their own capital to trade. The results were outstanding and further validation to the Eagle AI Labs team that what they had built was truly revolutionary.
Now, IPC are positioned to take the next step into the world of alternative investment.
Today, Brad and the IPC team continue to trade profitably, powered by their high-frequency strategy and the exclusive price prediction model, built by Eagle AI Labs. Brad has recently renewed his Series 3 Commodities Trading Advisor exam, enabling him to onboard a broader class of investors into IPC. This allows him to advertise the fund more freely, welcome more investors, and charge higher fees for his services. With a proven approach and a track record to match, investor interest is accelerating dramatically. New and prestigious strategic partnerships are also forming, should these partnerships come through, Brad expects assets under management to rise to $100 million relatively quickly, significantly increasing the fund’s profit potential.
With an AI model proven to work, a tried and tested money-making trading strategy, and a clear roadmap for exponential AUM growth, IPC have the official launch date, using external funds, for the 1st of May 2025. The same day as Epoch 2 of TradeDividends begins.

It’s important to note: this is a one-time approach. Once the fund’s distribution channels are live and USDC begins flowing into TradeDividends, $EAI token rewards will be phased out. Going forward, rewards will be settled in real yield, backed directly by institutional profit.
This marks the close of the early chapter where tokens were given freely. What follows is a new era of real revenue and stable, sustainable income.
